We use real strawberries as main ingredient of our Strawberry Gelato Ice Cream Puree.
With some strawberry seeds within , it is the perfect to be added to frozen or fresh fruit for your natural sorbet gelato.
Can be also used as main flavor for a great Strawberry Cream Gelato.
Can be mixed with both Milk Base or Sorbet Water Base

STANDARD RECIPE : 80 grams for 1 kilo of Milk Base
20 - 30 grams mixed to 300 gr of fresh or frozen Fruit and 700 gr of Sorbet Base
